Terms of Service

Who we are

“Preview” means the three free website versions we prepare automatically from the website address or business description you enter. “Site” means the website you pick from the Preview and publish after purchase. “Service” means creating and publishing the Site (one-time fee) and keeping it online (Plan).

What we offer

1. The Preview is free, requires no account and creates no obligation to buy.
2. Site creation for $59 one-time includes the design of the version you pick with copy about your business, publishing, and a domain registered in your name for the first year (unless you use your own domain).
3. The Plan for $9 per month includes hosting, an SSL certificate, domain renewal in the following years, a contact form with email notifications, and edits to your Site in the dashboard, including edits written in plain words.
4. Prices are shown in US dollars, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) where required.

Contract and payment

1. The contract is concluded when you complete payment at checkout.
2. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Plan is billed monthly in advance, automatically, using the payment method you provide. The Plan runs for an indefinite period until cancelled.
3. We send an invoice to your email after every payment.

Delivery

1. After payment we publish your Site on a temporary address, usually within minutes. We usually connect your domain the same day and in any case within 3 business days, unless a delay is caused by the domain registry or by you.
2. The domain is registered in your name. On request we provide the code to transfer it to another provider.
3. If you already own a domain, we connect it to your Site. This may require you to change settings at your registrar following our instructions.

Content, photos and AI

1. Copy and some images in the Preview and on the Site are generated automatically by artificial intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies. Before publishing, you review the content and correct anything that is not accurate, in particular contact details, prices and service descriptions.
2. You are responsible for the content you upload or approve and confirm that you hold the rights to the photos, logos and text you upload and that publishing them does not infringe anyone's rights or the law.
3. Unlawful or misleading content is not allowed. We may block such content after a credible notice and will inform you.

Ownership

1. Text, photos and other materials you provide remain yours.
2. Once the one-time fee is paid, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Site, including its design and code, also after the Plan ends. You can download the Site's code at any time.
3. The templates the Sites are built from and the Pagetrio software remain ours and may be used for other customers' sites.

Cancellation

1. You can cancel the Plan at any time in the dashboard or by writing to hello@pagetrio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. We don't refund a started period.
2. After the Plan ends, we stop hosting the Site and stop renewing the domain. The domain remains assigned to you until the end of its paid registration.
3. We may terminate the Plan for good cause (serious breach of these terms, non-payment after a reminder) with 14 days' notice, or immediately if unlawful content is published.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

1. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason, by writing to hello@pagetrio.com.
2. At checkout you may request that we start performing the Service before the withdrawal period ends. If you do so and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service is fully performed, that right expires for Site creation when the Site is published.
3. If you withdraw after requesting an early start but before full performance, you pay for what was provided up to that point, proportionally. We refund the rest within 14 days using the original payment method.

Complaints

Send complaints to hello@pagetrio.com with a description and your Site address. We respond within 14 days.

Contact form data

Data submitted through the contact form on your Site belongs to you as the data controller. We store and deliver it to you on your behalf only. This section is a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR: we process the data only on your documented instructions, keep it confidential and secure, use the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy (which you approve), assist you with data subject requests, and delete the data when the Plan ends unless the law requires otherwise.

Liability

For business customers, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. This limit does not apply to intentional damage or where the law does not allow it. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Final provisions

1. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
2. We may change these terms for good reasons and will notify Plan customers by email at least 14 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
3. These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
